Client: Olson Sundberg Architects Dates of Service: 1992-1993 Project Summary: Chicago’s severe climate posed particular challenges to this large, new, and technically complex home. Components within PL:BECS purview included a cast-in-place concrete framework, structural steel, exterior wall claddings of thin-stone veneer and stucco, single-ply membrane low-slope roofing and standing-seam copper sloped roofing, window systems, etc.
