Lectures and Seminars

PL:BECS has provided lectures on a variety of building envelope topics to University classes, architectural firms, construction companies, and other construction-related professions.  Subjects cover a wide spectrum including the behavior of post-tensioned structures and its effects on cladding systems, proper sealant joint design, drain-vented exterior cladding systems, masonry veneer design and construction, among others.  PL:BECS can prepare lectures on any Building Envelope subject to suit specific needs of a particular client, and can provide such lectures at the client’s location of choice, such as its office space.
