PL:BECS performs isolation spray testing to positively identify sources of leakage affecting buildings in litigation.

Problems with buildings of recent vintage are unfortunately both quite common and frequently extremely costly to correct.  Such problems often lead to expensive litigation.  PL:BECS assists in evaluating a client’s exposure to liability for specific problems.  PL:BECS also assists attorneys as an expert witness in litigation cases.  PL:BECS involvement in legal cases has been extremely effective at minimizing clients’ costs resulting from such litigation.

PL:BECS has served very effectively in the role of independent arbitrator, retained equally by various competing parties to help resolve cases without costly litigation.  Thorough case research and a high level of technical expertise related to all forms of construction technology, combined with a deep commitment to accuracy, typically results in resolutions acceptable to all parties while minimizing otherwise significant litigation costs.  PL:BECS recommends such a  resolution course in preference to litigation whenever this is feasible.
